As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Vanigaa. By purchasing a subscription from Vanigaa, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.
1. Free Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial on our premium plans so that you can test the Vanigaa platform and ensure it meets your business requirements before making a financial commitment. We highly recommend utilizing this free trial period fully before purchasing a subscription.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For month-to-month subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you have purchased an annual subscription, you are eligible for a partial refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription start date. The refund amount will be prorated based on the days used, minus any processing fees. After 30 days from the purchase of an annual subscription, we do not offer refunds.
4. Setup & Customization Fees
Any fees paid for dedicated onboarding, custom development, data migration, or hardware purchases (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced or the hardware has been shipped.
5. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if you experience severe technical issues that prevent you from using the core functionality of Vanigaa, provided that:
- You have reported the issue to our support team at hello@getvanigaa.com.
- Our team has been unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of the report.
- The issue is not caused by your local hardware, network connection, or third-party integrations outside of our control.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible criteria mentioned above, please email our support team at hello@getvanigaa.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request. We review all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company (a "chargeback") without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending the resolution of the dispute.
