Point of Sale (POS)
The Vanigaa POS interface is designed for rapid, seamless checkouts.
Step 1: Product Selection
The left pane displays your product catalog. You can filter products by Category or use the search bar to find items by Name or SKU. Click a product to add it to the cart.
Step 2: Cart Management
Adjust quantities in the cart using the + and - buttons. Stock Limits: The system actively checks your inventory. It will prevent you from adding more items to the cart than you currently have in stock.
Step 3: Customer & Checkout
In the right pane, select a customer from the dropdown, or default to Walk-in Customer. Choose between Paid or Pending. Completing the sale automatically generates an invoice, updates stock levels, and optionally prints a receipt.
