Recording Payments
Track the flow of money for invoices that were marked as Pending.
Adding a Payment
Navigate to a pending invoice and register a payment. You can select the payment method (Cash, Card, UPI) and enter the transaction ID for record-keeping.
Payment Status
Once the full amount is paid, the associated invoice status automatically shifts from Pending to Paid.
